All orders received before 1pm(Korea Standard Time, UTC+09:00) will be processed same day; any orders placed after 2pm KST will be processed on the following business day.

Orders placed Friday after 1pm KST will ship the following Monday.

However, during promotional periods and holidays, processing may take 5-7 business days from the date of your order confirmation.

Please allow an additional five to eleven business days for processing of international orders.
